“The experience of Vologda is unique in many respects. A lot of projects that we are implementing know no equals in Russia and can be useful for other cities. All participants of the congress highly appreciate our work and that result that we have achieved. We have made sure that we are following the right direction that is aligned with the times and gives new opportunities”, commented Vologda’s Mayor Yevgeny Shulepov.
